We start with a free introductory consultation to understand your business needs and walk you through our offshore staffing sign-up process, setting the foundation for a smooth offshore team setup.

During the call, we align on your business goals, workflows, and timelines and clearly explain our offshore staffing process, ensuring transparency and clarity from the start.

Job Role Definition for Candidate Pre-Vetting

Clients complete a short online form detailing the role requirements, allowing us to pre-vet offshore candidates and endorse only talent that aligns with your technical needs and business culture.

2. Staff Interviews


We present pre-vetted offshore candidates tailored to your role requirements. You review profiles and conduct interviews to assess skills, cultural fit, and workflow alignment, ensuring the right match for your business.

Flexible Candidate Selection

If the first candidate isn’t the ideal fit, you may interview multiple offshore candidates, compare strengths, and evaluate alignment with your company culture. This flexibility ensures you confidently select talent that supports a high-performing offshore team. 

Candidate Selection & Agreement

Once you choose your preferred candidate(s), we formalize the engagement to secure your offshore employee. You’ll receive the service agreement for review and signature, allowing us to proceed with onboarding and deployment.

Offshore Team Readiness

Upon agreement completion, we handle the setup and coordination, so your offshore team member is ready for deployment, ensuring a seamless transition into your operations.

3. Technical Setup


Once your candidate is selected, we handle all technical and operational setup to ensure your offshore team works seamlessly from day one.


IT Support & Systems Setup

Our team manages software installation, system access, integrations, and ongoing IT support, ensuring secure and uninterrupted offshore operations.

Equipment & Infrastructure Provisioning

We provide the required hardware, tools, and equipment so your offshore staff can work efficiently, whether remote or office-based.

Secure & Compliant Workspaces

For roles requiring higher security, we offer secure, fully equipped, and compliant office workspaces onsite, supporting data protection and operational standards.


4. Offshore Team Deployment & Go-Live


With all systems in place, your offshore team is ready for deployment and can immediately start contributing to your operations.

 
Operational Readiness & Performance Visibility
Your offshore team members are fully equipped with the required hardware, software, and IT support, working securely from our compliant facilities or their home offices.
