1. Introductory Meeting 


We start with a discovery call to understand your needs and guide you through the simple sign-up process to kick off your offshore team setup.


Setting the Right Expectations

During the discovery call, we take the time to understand your business needs, goals, and workflows. We also walk you through what to expect from our offshore staffing process, ensuring clarity and alignment from the very beginning.

2. Staff Interviews


We present you with pre-vetted candidates tailored to your requirements. You review and interview them to ensure the right fit for your business, culture, and workflows. 

What happens when the first candidate was not the best fit?

You have the flexibility to interview multiple candidates, compare their strengths, and assess how they fit with your company culture and workflow. This step ensures you select the team members who are the best match, giving you confidence in building a high-performing offshore team.

Chosen Candidate

Once you identify the candidate(s) who best fit your business needs and culture, we move into the formalizing the agreement to secure your offshore employee. 

Agreement

We'll be sending you the service agreement for your review and signature, and this also moves us forward with setting up things, so your offshore employee is ready for deployment.



3. Technical Setup


Once you’ve selected your candidate, we handle all the technical arrangements to ensure your offshore team can work seamlessly. This includes:


IT Support

Our team assists with software installations, system integrations, and troubleshooting to ensure smooth operations from day one. 

Physical Equipment

We provide the necessary hardware and equipment so your team can work efficiently, whether remotely or on-site.

Secure Workspaces

If your business requires employees to work in a secure facility, we provide fully equipped and compliant office spaces.



4. Deployment


With all systems in place, your chosen offshore team is ready to start contributing to your operations!

 
Our team members are set up with the necessary hardware, software, and IT support to work efficiently from their either our secure facility, or their home office. Time-tracking and productivity tools are in place for performance visibility, while you provide the training, guidance, and management needed to keep them aligned with your business objectives.
